AIRWILL better you close the store and sale candies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unwelcoming place. No smiles, no polite words. Lots of waiting until I got served, even it was no other customers in store. On the positive side, I'm glad they had what I needed - it would've been even worse to wait just to hear that they don't have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father called earlier in the day for a Furnace Duct Alarm. The person on the line said they had one left in stock and they will hold the item for him. I drove down from Caledon just to pickup this item later that afternoon and it turns out they have sold the item to someone else.
I don't understand why they would say they would hold the item and then NOT hold the item. When I asked the person this, they went to the back and didn't come back out.
Very disappointed and dissatisfied at the service at this store and will probably not come back
