★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and I are just learning to MIG weld and after calling around several companies with questions about welding gas and equipment etc. We spoke with Air Liguide sales rep, Kevin Steinman. We felt very encouraged to visit his store at 1139 Industrial rd. in Cambridge. We got there almost at closing time. Kevin took the time to make us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. Understanding our needs as beginners, he made suggestions and we ended up getting our Gas supplies. He took the time to show us other products the we might be interested in, without any sales pressure. He spent an extra half hour after closing so that we had what we needed and all our questions answered. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. Though it was clear that we were welding "noobs", he was non-condescending . It was a very pleasant experience for my son and I. We will most definitely be long term customers of this Air Liquide store.
