Its been awhile; thank you whoever helped me find my seat. I will definitely be needing to get my glasses. A lady named Debra- Flight attendant; could use a code of ethics course. Not impressed. Pilots flew the plane with ease! Professional! Thank you to them! July the 2nd and arrived on time... Bad enough day, she had made my flight uncomfortable. Long day, it's a job. You uphold everyone's wants and needs with a smile. Had no manners. Thank you for listening! Happy Independence Day!

Two flights delayed in the same day because of poor administration. Inept in my opinion. Stage two of our Air Canada trip, and guess what? Another delay because an item for maintenance didn't have the paperwork completed. Air Canada, you really suck big time in my opinion. As I said in my previous post, I will never fly AC again.

I would rather throw my money directly into garbage. Very bad experience 3 times. No refunds for months. No case number, NO call recordings. I wish I could give you negative 5 star.

Air Canada has awful customer service, consistent delays, and cancellations. Probably more bad things too but I don't feel like listing them all.

Air Canada’s customer service phone line are attempting to charge customers money for things that are included in their booking and insist on it. I called customer service to ask if I can change the time of three bookings at once, online. I was signed in on my account and can see that the change I wanted to make says $0 difference because the tickets allow free change of flight time. I was told by the agent that I need to pay $360 per person for the change that shows $0 if I do it online. She kept insisting that it will not work online and trying to push it so much to sell me what she wanted to charge. She then said she’d call me back to see if I change my mind. At this point I was so confused so I go and attempt to make the change online and it works with $0. I then call back to tell her that I don’t want to buy her fake offer because it works online for free as usual with this kind of ticket. Exactly two minutes later I get a call from her manager. He asks me why I didn’t accept the agents offer and I reply with ‘because it works online for free’. He repeats the same thing the agent says and adds that he doesn’t know why the website is giving that option and he’s sure that the change will not happen at the rate the website is showing. I say again that I’m not interested (because I made the change for free) and he proceeds by pushing it further and offering a discount, making it $160 per person. Me and my family are shocked from this behavior from Air Canada. Very shameful. We fly with air Canada all the time but unfortunately we will stop all travel with this airline until we receive a proper explanation er for what happened. We request the calls to be replayed and hold the people behind this responsible. Scamming people is not cool coming from Canada’s biggest airline. I was doing the change on behalf of my mother, my brother and my grandma too and if I wasn’t there they would’ve believed the play that the customer service agents have set up and payed the 360 extra per person.

The worst service around. Lost my family's luggage for 7 days and always DeLaid. Now sitting on the tarmac for another half hour. Just brutle BRUTLE!!!!!!

Worst airline. Customer service representative do not know how to talk with the customers. When i told them i need to speak with manager they told its how it should be. That i need to talk him i can not speak with manager. Try not to travel with this airline. Worst service ever

0 Stars 1. My flight was canceled BY air canada. Without telling me! 2. I found out on route to airport! Because I called them about an error with my online checkin. 3. A week earlier I WAS TOLD BY THERE CUSTOMER SEVICE YOU CAN NOT CANCEL, the first part of a round trip flight. so I had to to book another (more$)flight for my first part. (THEY EVEN TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE EXPENSIVE GO ELSEWHERE) 4. Perfect now wanting to return home, from a flight I payed for.... NOPE slap to the face from AC. Air Canada you are FIRED.
