From their first visit, they provided help, and guidance to ensure we got the right information, and options to maximize our return for the metal. They also gave us a scale to weight it. They made the process seamless, and easy. We just label and weigh the bins, and load the trucks. I feel confident we are getting the most value for our metal now.

I know many kind faces and usually have a good experience bringing yellow brass and HMS1. -Today I was not allowed into the non-ferrous section until they were ready for people (A line up had accumulated behind me and no one was inside). - I was told to walk away from the weigh scale twice even though I was wearing a mask. - I had multiple items being weighed in at a lesser value than there price value (being given brass price/copper #3b price). I ended up taking 1/2 of what I brought with me back home so I can bring it to a different purchaser. The new employees of AIM that I had to deal with today do not seem to understanding prices and customers.
M	Mack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty clean yard, but their computer system is garbage and the last three times I’ve been here it has been down. Ended up waiting well over an hour and a half total. Very frustrating.

One day I brought a dryer , parts of a snow blower and some other random metals $55.00. the next day I bring in two fully stripped outboard boat motors , a complete snowblower 10hp motor ( all cast aluminum and numerous stainless steel shafts) some brass and some random metal .. four carts worth of metal to be exact ... 100 dollars. You have lost my business for good, and for anyone looking to scrap their metal here , make sure you are knowledgeable and SPEAK UP or you 400 dollars turns to .16 cents a pound because the children working there don't like to to the job they signed up for . Management really needs to step in and step up .. this wasn't the first time it's happened to me but definitely the last !
