My file was one of the most complicated and lengthy ones ever. We had to do almost everything twice . I dont think i would ever have the patience if it was not Neera mam. Saachi worked on my file and is amazing at what she does . She is a sweetheart and extremely hard working. Neera mam has not only been my consultant but have supported me like a family member. I will always be greatful to Neera for the work she has done on my file . They are very professional and are there for all your questions and concerns . S	Sandeep Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish if I could give zero stars but I guess that's not an option. Incompetent staff and Neera herself too is very incompetent. Hired her in beginning of 2019 to help get my PR, simple file, study permit>work permit>PR but she made a mistake in my application for which I got refusal. The mistake was so stupid which is not expected from an IRCC agent. She forgot to put a reference letter from my employer with my file due to which cic officer rejected my file. The rejection really hurt me and had a adverse effect on my life. She then advised to submit a reconsideration request which wasted another 6 months of my life as this got rejected as well. We could have just submitted a new express entry application but due to her incompetence, this was never advised to me up until early 2020. Then I had to go through PNP process and finally got my PR in June 2021. So she owes me for three years of stress, tension, anxiety, slow down of career growth and a whole lot of other problem that comes with not having a PR i.e. to apply for work permit again to keep legal status, etc. Never received a phone call from her to get an update once we submitted express entry application for the second time. I too contacted CIC to remove her from my application. Terrible customer service and incompetent agent. Never recommend her to anybody. Would be waste of time and money. I should report her to IRCC.
