I have been with Talentcor for nearly 2 years and my experience as been extremely positive. Sandra has always been supportive and easily available. Sandra is always cheerful and this reflect the positive atmosphere that reigns with the team that she works with. If people knew what a great company Talencor is, there would be line ups of people signing on with them. Talentcor leave the competition miles behind.

I was contacted by a Talentcor agent and we set up an interview to talk about my career goals and how he will help me with achieving those goals. Interview went very well, he answered all my questions and he seemed promising that he will help me find a job through his agency. I was a little skeptical since Talentcor doesn't charge any fee for their service. My agent reassured me that after the interview he wouldn't just forget about me and that there would be a back and forth between us regarding jobs that I'm interested in and qualified for. After the interview I contacted the agent many times via e-mail about jobs postings and he ignored me. I called him many times and left voicemail and he never returned my calls. It has been 6 weeks since our interview and my agent hasn't contacted me at all about any jobs. I do not recommend this agency.

Few days ago, I received a message from a person working with your company, his name James Hartley, he invited me to send him an updated of my resume since he has a position suitable to my profile he met on indeed platform. I thanked him for the interest, and I sent him my resume, few days later he called me to interview me, at that moment I was busy and unable to pass the interview, he invited me to call him back once I would be available, then after 1 hours and half I gave him a call, he answered and told he will gonna call me back within 1/2 half hour. ....after he didn't call me at all ....... Few days later I received another message on my LinkedIn similar to the first, from the same person. I was very surprised (he wasn't aware he repeated with the same person) !! I called him right away; he diverted my remarks about not calling me back as agreed, and sending me 2 messages. He proposed me a date for interview tomorrow (which today). I canceled some things for the interview, Today I didn't receive the call on the time as it is agreed :( 10 minutes I called him, then the extreme surprise is he told me he apologized for not calling me because my English is not excellent ( noting that the total duration time I talked to him is no more the 60 seconds) it is very weird how he could evaluate the English proficiency . I asked him why you did waste my time and invited me for interview as you consider my English is not excellent….. his answer was that he was confused and note good shape and just he apologized for wasting my times ! I told him I’m very frustrated about his behavior and don’t accepted his apologies, I dedicated the time to write these words to try to contribute to shake and denounce the person who disrespect the job seeker. Thought I suggest to the management team of this company to investigate my claims and take the appropriate action. thank you.

I have been registered with Talentcor for about six years. My representative was first Steve Kemp and now Kyle Robinson. While they have not found me any work, I still very much appreciate the customer service that I have received from both of them. Kyle keeps in regular contact with me and sends me as many postings as he can. I'm definitely happy about being on Talentcor's roster of contractors.

I have been a contractor with Talentcor in Ottawa for going on a year and a half and have had nothing but very good service. Steve has been my contact at Talentcor throughout this period. He has kept in close touch and is very quick to reply to any questions I have and to keep me advised about the progress of contract renewals, working together with the employer. I always get paid on time! I have dealt with a number of agencies in Ottawa and Talentcor is certainly one of the friendlier and more accessible ones.

I was recently contacted by one of your representatives, James. I just want to thank him for his help and professionalism through the interview process. Though I didn't get the offer but he was very helpful with reviewing my resume and offering constructive advice on exploring future opportunities. I hope I get another call from you soon.
