★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not find this company to be very helpful with finding work. Was only contacted through bulk emails. Had a few unproductive sit down with a employee but nothing that really me at all. I wish the government would research these places better since they are funded by them. Waste of money.

I was approved from ODSP for self employment support in Nov 2016.
I created my business and met with their Self employment specialist at the end of January 2017.
He was more interested in where money to startup a business was going to come from then actually helping me startup a business. He told me that without $500 upfront we cant even start creating a business plan or work on business ideas or brainstorming. i was already self employed for a while; all by myself, but was looking forward to professional assistance. What i actually got was the name of another place to go ask for assistance who doesn't offer support through ODSP. I was expecting a professional from Agilec and got nothing. I you want to use them,you better have $ when you meet them because if not, you will be ignored for months like i was and then at the end of April they closed my account. I got nothing to show for my 5 months of being under their support and I'm going to contact my local MP about how government funding for this company should be suspended. It Feels like Agilec gets paid from ODSP (the government) to tell people that if they don't ALREADY have money, their not going to do anything for you. I’m pretty sure their getting a pay-cheque.

Very much a holistic experience. . . in that its not only about where you've worked before but what you love doing, where you see yourself, what you CAN do and the support to help you get there ~ Excellent experience I must say !
