me faire téléphoner au bureau à 9h30 le matin pour m'expliquer que vous êtes les meilleurs avec plus de visibilité et ......... vous répondre que je ne suis pas intéresser que mon budget publicité est deja tout allouer et me faire raccrocher la ligne au nez n'est pas un service très courtois et pas du tout professionnel .
Pour ma part et pour mon entreprise je ne ferais jamais affaire avec votre compagnie car ce n'est pas le service à la clientèle que nous voulons propagé .
Changer vos méthodes car dans votre domaine il y a plusieurs compétiteurs et ce qui démarque une compagnie avant tout et le service à la clientèle .

For my part and for my company I would never do business with your company because it is not the customer service that we want to spread.
Change your methods because in your field there are several competitors and what sets a company above all else and the customer service.
