R	Rasheed Meshkati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the clinic, it’s very nice and peaceful place and my technician Harkamal she was so nice and knowledgeable. I always get good results and the staff are very friendly and caring. They are always up to date with the treatments.

The owner assured their scars would get better and insisted we buy a package. She is too costly comparatively to other people and doesn't justify the money you spend. My daughter didn't want to continue with her treatments and i asked if we can transfer that package to me. She was very rude lady.

When I called for skin tag removal service I was told $299. But in my appointment they said $ 299 for face,$299 for neck and $ 299 for chest ( décolleté) . I am a skin care therapist and I know how everything works and I worked in prestige spa which is in top 5 in Canada. And treatment is not as they portrayed. I know you opened business to make money. But have some heart and honesty too. You had a chance to have me forever but you lost me.

F	Fay Meeajan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time getting a hydracial and i was really looking forward to it. I booked an oxygeno for my bf as well the same day. We were both really disappointed with the service. I had arezoo and she was unprofessional and lacked bedside manners. i was already nervous and also excited with it being my first hydrafacial and was expecting her to explain the procedures as she does my facial but she just started working on my face without saying anything. I had to ask her to describe the steps which shouldve been the bare minimum. The extraction part was even worse as it was entirely manual and i was shocked they use their hands instead of tools. She kept pressing on my face even though i told her to be careful and had sensitive skin. I walked out of there with red bloody spots on my face that wasn't there before. It started scabbing the next day and i was so embarassed and glad the mask covered most of it. I'm devasted and sad cause i walked in there with better skin that was not scarred than when i walked out. It's been over a week and i hate looking in the mirror as it is a reminder of a waste of money for ruining my clear skin. I called the salon and some lady was like "oh there's no concern that's normal". I'm sorry but you can't tell me that is normal. I've had facials before and never had this issue. I will definitely not be coming back here or recommend this place to anyone.

The recommendations from staff always leave my skin looking better than when I walked in. These folks have really helped improve the appearance of my acne scars and textured skin. Marlie has been the most helpful in helping me determine what treatments are best for my skin and I've had great experiences with her laser treatment and facials. They are also very accommodating and were able to fit me in when I had to change my appointment time due to unforeseen circumstances. Arezoo, very professional technician is dedicated, committed, and very passionate about what she does. She makes sure her clients are comfortable and at ease. She's very knowledgeable and informative about the treatments. The manager, Harkamer is very nice and welcoming. I absolutely loved my experience from beginning to end. They were constantly checking in with me, making sure I was comfortable and enjoying my treatments. I would highly recommend Ageless Laser Spa!
