We where apprehensive as our roof is quite large with many unique features and concerns caused by previous insufficient venting. Our concerns were overcome immediately. The installation team were on time, courteous and spent an extraordinary amount of time protecting our property and vehicles. The price was exactly as expected and quoted. Thanks!

As a result the eaves overflow and we have huge puddles on the driveway carport which get pretty dangerous in the winter. I have tried numerous times to contact the owner to no avail. They refuse to give me what I paid for.... I will now need to pay someone else to do the job properly so that I don't slip getting out of my car this winter. Very frustrated. Yvonne Reid

B	Bill Shortty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have definitely told all my friends and family that the job that Mike and his crew From affordable home improvements where fantastic Polite and on time And during the job Mike showed up just to make sure everything was thing was going well that's when we spoke about the few concerns that we had we got it all Straightened out and the Greatest thing of all.... not only was the estimate Bang on and there was no extras or overges they left my yard in immaculate condition and I never did find one nail anywhere on my property that's a 2 thumbs up for me Mike and you're a great crew that we're polite courteous and always on time

In fact, did not finish job and much of what was completed was not done correctly. Ducked calls to return and fix this botched job. When they did answer, they would promise to come and repair and then would not show up! She is still waiting! Shameful! How low can you get...to defraud a senior. I am encouraging her to file a lawsuit! PLEASE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Pay heed to the +++negative reviews . I note that there is a recent positive review, but it appears that it was posted by the owner himself "Mike Burke" . I guess he felt compelled to leave a positive review due to the barrage of complaints. Pathetic.

We discussed the job and details of what I needed aposed to what I wanted. They came when they said they would and were efficient but kept the quality of the job priority. I’m more than impressed and satisfied with my roof and eavestrough that I recommend them to everyone.
