★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently lost my monthly parking due to the fact Advanced Parking did not renew the lease on its lot. Very disappointed. Parking was very affordable and now I struggle each day to find parking that does not cost me an arm and a leg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in a dispute with Advanced Parking since Nov 2021. It is now June 2022. I was unhappy with their customer service, not sending me a parking pass in time before the start of a new job, which they promised was standard 5 business days turn around for their service. Since my job started, I had to pay for parking when I was supposed to have the parking pass. I called to ask if there could be some relief, there was no return call. I called to cancel with them to dispute their initial charge since I didn't have a pass in hand and they already started charging me. I was unhappy and no longer wanted to park there any more as there was another parking lot just down the street. I got the charges disputed through my credit card. Now I'm not one to always check my statements, but I recently noticed a charge on my card 7 months later and thought that was odd. I checked all my previous months and turns out Advanced Parking had continued to charge me every month since the day I disputed back in Nov 2021 and asked them to cancel my membership. It is absolutely absurd that there is no response and that they are continue to charge customers like this. This is theft. This company is a scam. There is no way to cancel your membership after you sign on. Do not park here if you can help it. Good luck getting customer service, there is none.
