★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service was very poor tonight. Around 7pm tonight I was exiting and stopped to pay at the booth. The lady working the booth told me the the amount I owned but I could not hear her, she repeated herself and I still could not hear her. She snapped at me and said in a raised voice "$2.50." I told her not to speak to me like that and she replied in a rude tone "I said $2.50 but you said what what so I spoke louder to you" my sister who was in the car even told her that she didn't have to be rude about it either. There is a difference between speaking up and raising your voice aggressively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible method of payment. People ain't got all night to wait for you to process the payment. Get with the program and enter the 21st century. You need proper payment processing method like evey other parking. What the hell. Why does it have to take so long to process process people's payment
