I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist (I had a panic attack when I sat in the chair and saw the tools…so they calmed me down, gave me water and covered the tools and didn’t use the one that specifically terrifies me). They were very kind, understanding and helpful… Even though I still have bad anxiety about it, it was honestly the best dental experience I’ve ever had and I actually feel like I can trust them (which is a first for me). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Advanced dental Art is the first place I been to for a dental check up in 2 + yrs. I was scared and nervous. But DR. Leslie Pensun, alleviated all my concerns and was very impressed with her mannerism, knowledge and her compassion for her patients. She does not rush you in and out of the office. She gives you options, if necessary, and explains each one and leaves the decision to you. All the staff are also kind and welcoming. Excellent place to go and makes going to a dentist an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend Advanced Dental Art (Dr. Leslie Pensun) to anyone looking for a dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to get my chipped tooth looked at. It turns out it was a large crack and my tooth needed to be extracted. I sent them an email to inquire about getting a consultation, and Julie was very prompt that she had emailed and called me, but I was occupied. I then contacted the office, and spoke to Daphne who got me an appointment the same day.
Tara, Dana, and Dr. Pesun were all very kind, and explained what was happening. They all were very accommodating. Overall my first experience at this dental office was excellent, and would recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently changed dentists and was referred to Advanced Dental Arts. My experience with everyone there has been very positive. The front staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hygienists are great, and Dr. Pesun is amazing! My husband sees Dr. Jacob and has been a long time patient of his. He has always raved about what a great dentist he is, and how great everyone is at Advanced Dental Arts. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.
The office itself is very impressive, from the cleanliness to the state of the art equipment. I have never had a more thorough dentist appointment, and I trust them completely. I am very grateful for the referral and am glad to pass it along to anyone.

Then David was my hygienist & loved him but he’s gone now too Vera is just a sweetheart! Everyone there are wonderful and kind I won’t go anywhere else I rave to others are how good Lanny is and suggest they go to Advanced Dental but don’t know if they do

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy and impressed with my first visit. I was welcomed right away, and my appointment started right on time. Dr. Pesun was amazing, she put me at ease and took the time to explain everything. She went over all my options for sedation, and let me be a part in choosing what type I should choose. I was able to set a follow up appointment right away, and was able to pick a time that worked with my schedule. I will definitely be coming back to this dental clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Jacob and his staff are amazing! I had bad past experiences with some dentists and had not gone in years out of fear and anxiety. But Dr Jacob's office was really accepting and comforting when it came to my fears of the dentist ! They are always accommodating and understanding and provide me with the right tools and information I need for any appointments. If you have any fears of the dentist this would be the perfect place to start going as they are extremely understanding ! I simple will not go anywhere else ! Thank you Dr Jacob and your wonderful staff !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every visit made to Advanced Dental Arts is stress free. I started with Dr. Jacob about 20+ years ago and have been a client since. Previously I had not been to a dentist for about 30 years - bad early experiences turned me off. I finally had a meeting with Dr. Jacob and we created a plan to look after 30 years of neglect to get to a dental health state. That took about 3-4 years and since have been going faithfully for my several times a year checkups and cleaning etc. The hygienist that looks after me now is Tara. She is very knowledgable and caring. Things are explained to me in a way that is easy to understand. All staff I have encountered in the office are professional and caring. I would highly recommend their services to all that want a good experience. Well done and see you in June.
