โ โ โ โ โ It is a low income apartment building with shared laundry. It's a nice place to to live, landlord really cares about the residence The one downside of living in this building is no air conditioning. It can get +30ยฐ inside your apartment and +30ยฐ outside (If you don't have a portable air conditioner). It can get a bit loud at times. Had to move after living there for four years itโs cooler outside then the apartment most of the time. But overall it is a nice place to live.
