★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a director of a local flooring company in Burnaby and my accountant recommended that we use adrem software for tax purposes this year (2018). The software itself is not very difficult to work with and I managed to figure things out as I went. The main issue I had was with Bill. I believe he is responsible for taking phone calls and providing software help. I had a software issue that needed to be taken care of before I could print the tax paperwork to give to sub-contractors. I spoke with him on Friday march the second he said he would attend to the problem over the weekend but when called him today (March 5th) he mentioned that he didn't get a chance to. I gave another follow up call to get an ETA so I could give an answer to our sub-contractors and he was extremely rude. He was raising his voice and said that made it seem like I was bothering him. Then I proceeded to ask a few more questions but he hung up on me as I was speaking, which is completely unprofessional. The help tab is there for a reason and people who reach out should be helped not treated rudely and hung up on. The software is good but the support is terrible.
