d	dawanna cotton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took longer than I thought. Was told I would have daily communications and that didn't happen. I has to reach out to them, but overall it wasn't bad. When I did reach out they did communicate back within 24 hours. I did have to fix somethings myself.
G	Gore Song on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not have a good experience with Adicator for the following reasons: 1. This is subjective, but I think my website looked better before they redesigned it. I don't think my design needed re-working, it was more the SEO side and non-visual features/functionality of the site. 2. Many of the designs they implemented we had to tell them to undo because it just wasn't working with the overall theme. 3. It took a month longer than expected to finish the site than expected 4. There were gaps in communication because our team sent questions or requests and then we'd review their "finished" product, but it wasn't done. Or they'd leave a bunch of gibberish placeholder text on the live website in FAQs or Blog repeatedly. 5. I had to go through the site to clean up spelling and grammar several times, it looked like they didn't proofread their work before they published the edits. 6. Overall it felt like a subpar product was delivered to me both in terms of overall design and the backend SEO optimization. The benefits of what we did were very unclear at the end.
