Diana and her team have been cleaning our home for almost a year. I love coming home to find everything clean and tidy! Diana comes herself, with an assistant, so we always know who is going to be in our home when we are away. We are very satisfied with the service.

Diana Arevalo (franchisee - Pointe-Claire Lachine) and her team have been cleaning our home for several months. Their service is consistently professional and of great quality. As well, the team is always friendly. We are extremely satisfied!

It's too bad I can't leave a 0 star rating. We had the franchisee in Brossard hired to do our house keeping. We were expecting to deal with a reputable company that will do their job as promised and expected. Our floors were never cleaned well; one can see pretty big stains left on the floors, in a few occasions the vacuum was not passed at all, furniture was left in the middle of the room, lights and fans in the bathrooms were left on, products used stunk like cat's little box and took forever for the odour to disappear. Communication with the franchisee was extremely difficult as she doesn't speak a word of English and didn't make any efforts to understand us when we spoke to her in French. She allowed herself to mock my husband and did not take any responsibilities when our floors were deeply scratched. We informed the head office of the situation and the reply was: Mmd. Racicot has been with us for 10 years and we haven't had a complaint so far. DO NOT HIRE - you are going to waste your money and end up having damages at home.

They were our cleaning company for over a year. They sometimes (but very rarely) did a great job. They're issue is that the franchise out, and that the franchisees are free to govern their clients however they'd like. In our case, the franchise owner (Adele Laval-Ouest) would send different teams to clean our house every second week. In the year, we had seen 11 different people in our house. Whenever we would get a good team, we'd advise them not to change a thing... they would not listen. This would cause a lot of inconsistency of the cleaning quality, lack of a feel of privacy in our own home, and the reoccurring damages due to their roughness and overall lack of care. Between a scuff and scratches left on our stainless steel fridge, cracked trim on a 1 month old toaster, broken kitchen faucet, and stripped/scratched dinning room table (see pictures)… enough was enough. Sadly... they would never even offer to fix anything. They'd instead try to make us feel bad about talking about it to begin with. The before-last visit was the worst... once again a new team, and it felt as if the house was not cleaned AT ALL. Non-dusted furniture, pinkish corner in showers, dirty kitchen floors... to the point that we re-vacuumed an hour later. The franchisee once again gave us a ''song and dance'' about the new crew (down to 2 + Franchise Owner) was in training... and that the woman is... well... ''a woman'' (which we found very derogatory). The franchisee did offer to clean our house free of charge two weeks later to compensate... and then wrote us an email to tell us he is terminating his services. We communicated with Groupe Adele Plus' head-office simply to request a new franchisee. They refused saying that their franchisees purchase a sector/area and since we were unsatisfied (which we never advised we wanted services terminated) they refused to send anyone else. Way to maintain quality control! (NOT)

Franchisee for Lachine (Diana) is excellent. The house is perfect when I come home. They always take great care with my furniture and personal items. When I am home during the cleaning, they will ask my feedback on how specific things are being done. I also notice that things that do not need frequent cleaning (such as the crystals on the chandelier) are done at regular intervals, which is much appreciated because I did not expect for that to be done. We get consistent high quality cleaning for a reasonable price.
