Adecco Surrey

This place is so disorganized . They donot know what they are doing.they are busy in their on talks so many people came they donot pay attention. I applied for the job in burnaby . They take my test, my picture and fill out all the forms. And they said send your all paperwork in email. I do whatever they said . Then I email them 5 to 6 time that I got the job or not but they didn't reply. And we call on their locations like in surrey they donot know what's going on. They are very unprofessional . I never reccomend anyone to go with adecco by this way you will never get the job . It's better to go with other agencies those are way more better or best then this adecco .really very upset and disappointed with this agency.

I've worked with the Richmond/Surrey Adecco team for approximately 5 years and directly with Julie Morphet for the past 2 years. During this time I have found Julie to be a true professional to work with. Julie provides thorough insight regarding the assignment which includes, the job, the transportation requirements, safety needs and any other related information in a timely manner. Julie is respectful to the needs of the Associates and the Clients which she works with at all times ensuring all are provided with quality service. When challenges and changes arise Julie passses the information on perfectly to all involved. Julie holds the vision and core values of Adecco in high regard and integrity. Adecco and the Associates are most beneficial to have Julie as a representative of Adecco but also as our Recruitment Associate. My experience with the Surrey Office was my first with a placement firm. As a senior executive that had at the time been unemployed for much longer than anticipated I approached them with a "please find me something...anything" proposition. One of the many things I quickly grew to appreciate about this group was their sincerity, honesty, and desire to fairly serve the needs of both the candidate and the employer. My first meeting was with Cassandra. She was engaging and candid, and determined that I was not a fit for her particular portfolio, but that I might be better suited as a candidate for her colleague, Terence Trusdale. In meeting with Terence, it was clear that he applied a high ethical standard to the search process. For example, he could have put me forward for a number of positions for which I was very over qualified. But, in our discussions Terence was correct in pointing out that doing so would not only be unfair to me, who really didn't have any aspirations for those jobs other than to fill a temporary void, but unfair to other candidates for whom these rolls would potentially provide a path for career advancement and stability, and for the employer, who would be poorly served by me not being committed to long term service. Here's where Terence really impressed me. I found a job posting in my field which had no connection to either Terence or Adecco. I called him for some advice, which he happily provided. Additionally, he offered, without reservation, to reach out the employer for me and learn more about their requirements. His input helped me reshape my approach to the firm and led to an interview. Some months and several interviews later, I landed the job. There was nothing in it for Terence other than seeing a professional opportunity to help, and doing so. My takeaway is that Terence, Cassandra and Adecco Surrey are pro's that see beyond just filling the job. They take their work seriously and to me, at least, do "what's right", not just "what's easiest." I hold them in high professional regard, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I've been dealing with these Adecco staff for over a year and am always pleasantly surprised at their professionalism and attention to detail. I have dealt with Julie at this location on many occasions and love her easy going and helpful nature. If you are looking for temporary or even permanent positions, this Adecco location is a WIN!

This is my first time going threw Adecco, and i had amazing service. I was well taken care of, and have no complaints. Cassandra the one i have been talking with, has been nothing but completely helpful and i found to be very kind and caring of my needs to find employment.

I’ve honestly had the worst experience with Adecco. There is this lady named Shwetha and she is the biggest liar I’ve ever approached. I recently got into a car accident I asked for a different position which consists of light work only the staff members told me that they have some positions available but when I asked Shwetha she said there were none. I wasn’t able to go to work due to my doctors appointment I left a voicemail and she lied saying she had never received it. This lady seriously needs to be removed from the team she also gave my cousin a hard time by removing him from a position when he agreed to be at work for the next day. If you honestly need some decent work I’d rather go to Express Employment then stay with this agency. Because of this lady I told all my friends and relatives never to work for these people ever because she is so shady!
