Lorsque j'ai voulu faire le retour d'un de mes achats, Alexandra qui travaille au adition elle Laurier, qui a eu une attitude plus que désagréable et hautaine, a refusé de le faire car je n'avais pas avec moi la carte de débit qui se terminait par les 4 chiffres inscrits sur la facture. Lorsque j 'ai voulu lui expliquer que j 'avsis deux cartes pour le même compte elle a ri de moi devant toute les clients du magasin. J'ai été obligée fe faire 30 minutes de voiture pour retourner chercher ma carte..... Il est CERTAIN QUE JAMAIS JE NE RETOURNERAI DANS CETTE BOUTIQUE. En plus, il y avait mon nom sur la facture ainsi que sur ma carte de debit.... Je contacterai la gérante du magasin en personne sur les heures d'ouverture. C'est bien beau le manque de personnel mais ce faire servir comme ca au prix que les vêtements coutent dans cette boutique... Et après vérification auprès de ma banqur elle devait effectuer le remboursement tant que c etait le même mode de paiement ? Unfortunately during my purchase I was really well served. When I wanted to return one of my purchases, Alexandra who works on the adition she Laurier, who had a more than unpleasant and haughty attitude, refused to do so because I did not have with me the card of debit that ended with the 4 digits on the invoice. When I wanted to explain that I had two cards for the same account she laughed at me in front of all the customers of the store. I had to go 30 minutes by car to get my card back ..... It is Sure that I will never go back to this shop. In addition, there was my name on the bill as well as on my debit card .... I will contact the manager of the store in person on the opening hours. It's all very well the lack of staff, but it does serve as the price that clothing costs in this shop ... And after checking with my bank it had to make the repayment as it was the same mode of payment ?

Je viens à cette boutique plusieurs fois par année. Je n’y Retournerai plus quel manque de respect en plus me faire répondre on a un « meeting ». I arrived today Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 16:54 at the additional place Laurel and as I was going to enter the store I was closed the gate in the face by the manager who was the big short black hair. I come to this shop several times a year. I will not go back what lack of respect besides making me answer we have a "meeting".
