β β β β β I traveled here from muskoka every Thursday for a one hour session for 2 & a half years! I must say, it's honestly helped me greatly with my anger problems, add, adhd, depression, anxiety, and aspergers syndrome! The staff is so friendly! I had the best trainer ever, she was so patient with me!

β β β β β This program worked for my daughter very well, she has adhd and most of the time impulsivity, she had over 60 sessions and we see very much improvement in herΨ So happy to see her more calm and focus, I will strongly recommend this centre.

β β β β β This is a very specific and old solution that does not work for most kids as it does not consider each kid's individual personality, rather, it is a generic approach with mostly miss than hit approach.
We tried it for our kid for over 6 months with over 1000$ per month bill and it made no difference to him. In the end, we consulted other psychologists and unanimous opinion from 2 other psychologist that it was not my kid needs.
Lynda Thompson just sells this solution to everyone. She should have told us that it would not address my kid's primary issues.

β β β β β I'm a 51 year old male and I attended 40 sessions of biofeedback at this clinic. I had initial testing done and testing again at the end of 40 sessions. The results were absolutely amazing. I began to feel a difference after about 10 sessions but I wasn't sure if it was just my mind thinking I should feel better. By the time I had finished 20 sessions I had very noticeable differences. 40 sessions was the point that we were to check progress and decide what was needed from there. The results were so good that no more sessions were needed. I feel so much calmer and more focused now. I used to fall asleep anytime I sat down for more than a few minutes and now it just doesn't happen. During my first 20 sessions I was falling asleep 4 or 5 times per session. After about 20 it just stopped. Even playing hockey got better. My friends noticed that I was staying in my own zone instead of skating all over the place after the puck. Lynda and all of her staff are amazing. They really worked with me to help make the improvements. I could tell that they really cared about helping me and they were excited when they saw improvements. My symptoms were very similar to adhd symptoms but most likely caused by head trauma. I had lived for 38 years with these symptoms and couldn't believe they were gone. I would wake up each morning expecting to feel like my old self but I really am healed. I highly recommend this clinic and it has certainly changed my life. Thanks a million to everybody that helped me!!!
