★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris has take our deposit and not been in contact with us again. He does not respond to my emails, and his voice mail is full and cant leave a message. Do not contact this person for any job. He will not come through with anything for you. I feel like his website is flashy and it is purely to scam people out of money. He does not do anything more than that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a zero star option I would choose it. Had no problem taking our deposit but could not deliver on what was asked on the time that he set for himself. We were patient, understanding and tried to give the benefit of the doubt... until we came to the realization we were being taken advantage of. They are unreliable, have the complete inability to communicate and over promise to never deliver. We finally sent a letter terminating the business relationship and requesting a refund of our deposit to once again be ignored. They took $850 of our money and ran with it. I would NOT choose them to work with unless you want to be months behind in your project and be completely disappointed.
When you get your "free" consultation he talks a big game but do not be fooled. Big talk, ZERO Results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, same story as the other reviews. He took our money and made all the promises and excuses in the world. Missed a million deadlines; we were more than accommodating and flexible with him. In the end, had to walk away from our money and hire a new designer to start from scratch.

He is a true professional. He facilitated the completion my renovation. He is artistic and pays attention to detail. In addition, he is reasonably priced. Only good things to say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris and his team were very efficient and thorough in the work they did. Interactions and communication were always smooth, consistent and courteous. Even though Chris and his office are no longer in the city we are currently living in he was willing to provide excellent information, options and ultimately fantastic drawings on our space from his prior work on our property.
After the drawings were submitted to the city Chris was even thoughtful enough to follow up to ensure everything was completed to a standard of excellence!
An absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you Chris and Adaptive Team!
