★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went by the Sidney location. Absolutely unhelpful and rude. The women working seemed annoyed that we showed up to the yard. The gate was open and the office sign said open. We were the only people there. Is this not her job? I'll be renting and purchasing from someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went by the Sidney location and the woman working was extremely rude. Acted as if we were an inconvenience. I had requested an email price list not too long ago, and just wanted to swing by to get a visual on what the options were, delivery costs, etc. When I had mentioned already getting a price list email she responded “then I don’t know what you want from me. Or why you’re here.” She also said some sizes wouldn’t be available until the new year. Didn’t mention if it was just that location, or all of them. If that’s what customer service is like at all locations, I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Moving and storage is stressful enough, without adding having to deal with someone who could careless. Customer service is hard, but there’s no need to be so rude when we were just inquiring.
