I have recently had the pleasure of using the services of the personal trainer,
Massage therapist-Ashley, Dr Leigh- chiropratic and naturopathic Dr Gerard.
I am so fortunate to have found such specialist, in one clinic, close to home.
I have recommended this clinic many times as a result.

I participate in group fitness training, yoga, personal training, and have had massage and physiotherapy sessions at Active North. I appreciate having everything in one spot, and available in Coldwater in a personal setting, not a big fitness facility.

She has a wealth of knowledge in both areas and has helped to alleviate many of my aches and pains with her hands on approach. Exercises given at home are very helpful too. Great friendly and accommodating staff and I would highly recommend their services.
