Their proactive approach, commitment to resolution of even the most taxing IT issues in a timely manner, and their knowledge base has been a breath of fresh air since we signed on with them at the start of 2019. Great staff too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible customer communication and more importantly, IT skill. I wouldn’t recommend at all and avoid transitioning your company with them. Sales seems convincing and professional, but the skill of basic level IT, internal organization, and communication severely lacking. IT who help you are also not friendly and can be quite rude with no care - much quicker and more accurate to just Google your issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of the positive reviews here are from employees, however, as far as being a client, the review is not positive. Please look into this before considering on-boarding ActiveCo. The reviews are highly skewed and not accurate to their quality of service provided to clients. Our company recently switched over to ActiveCo and all of the employees are filled with frustrations and regret with the IT service provided. Sure, you can provide "customer service" (which, is honestly also lacking) but your main service is IT, and the IT team is extremely poor at troubleshooting common office computer issues. It is is often faster to Google the solution as as a client, then try to get help from one of their IT technicians. Also, when the IT techs are trying to fix a problem they often just create new problems because they don't know the proper way to fix the original problem. Our issues as a department have been reoccurring with them, and I hear the same from other departments in our company. I highly DO NOT recommend switching to this IT company. The sales people seem quite convincing, but that is where the professionalism stops. I only wish our company knew this before choosing ActiveCo. Overall, an absolutely terrible IT company and if I could give them 0 stars I would.
