Active Physio Works Servus Place has been great, the front staff are friendly and courteous, they’ve taken all the necessary precautions throughout the pandemic to keep their clients and staff safe! Taylor has been my physiotherapist for every injury that I’ve gotten over the last few years, from my thumb, to shoulder to neck, and now my knee. He’s knowledgeable and great at what he does, he gives the best course of treatment to get you back to where you need to be!

Michele Rowein at Active Physiotherapy Clinic in Servus Place is an excellent physiotherapist. I have seen her for a number of issues and found her to be a great diagnostician. She sets up very effective treatment plans that involve her spending time with you in the clinic and gives you follow up exercises. She is a very friendly, pleasant person that shows a true concern for her patients and their progress toward solving their problem. I would highly recommend her, I feel she is a very competent and effective physiotherapist.

I have seen Bobby McGugan many times in the past 2 years to treat a shoulder injury from weightlifting. I had spent over a year with other medical professionals prior to seeing him(doctor, chiropractor and another physiotherapist), had several scans/xrays, as well as had cortisone injections. Within a few weeks of seeing Bobby I could already feel improvements(small encouraging wins). Bobby is extremely knowledgeable and understood my issue well. He taught me how to exercise and manage my injury at home. Within a year I went from barely being able to move my arm, to lifting about 90-95% of my previous ability. I still do my exercises regularly to prevent regression and have been more or less pain free for a while now. I can't thank Bobby enough and would highly recommend his services.

I had vertigo and been to university hospital first then my doctor. They gave me exercises to do. After 5 days my sister had me see James who is trained in vertigo treatment. All I can say is I walked in not able to drive and having a hard time standing straight. I asked him about how many treatments i would need and how long to get better [wasn't going so good yet]. This was Friday and he figured by tomorrow. Also he said should be good after this one treatment. Well he knows what he is doing and i walked out of there walking fairly straight. I went to work and thats when i noticed i could actually look around and look up with out falling down. I wish i went there first not last. If it happens again i know where i am headed. Thanks a lot James.

Taylor Lashyn is the best physio I've been to! He's very thorough, and is awesome with patients and staff alike. He has helped me through my recovery process for over a year now, and if it hadn't been for him, I wouldn't feel as good as I do now!

I have been going to the St. Albert Active Physio Clinics for years and I have seen several Physiotherapists during my time there. I have been very pleased with not only the health care that is provided, but also with the kindness of all of their staff. They are all professional, caring, and wonderful people to get to know. Even though I now live out of town, I still come back to St. Albert for the treatment of my chronic pain. Candace Mazur has been my fabulous Physiotherapist over the past few years. She takes her time to really get to know her clients and she is always so flexible and understanding. Stephanie Stephen has been my Massage Therapist at the clinic. She also connects well with her clients and listens to your needs for treatment. Thank you for your great care! :-)

I am currently seeing Kendra Wilson - she is amazing. She doesn’t just do an assessment and then blindly follow a cookie cutter treatment plan … this may very well work with some injuries, but not all. Kendra keeps trying new things , continually reassessing to ensure she gets the best outcome possible. She truly cares about her patients, evidenced by relationships she creates and the time and energy she puts into her treatments , patient eduction , and home exercise plans . I am very happy with Kendra and activephysioworks and would highly recommend them !
