Every time he has found the root of my problem and given me the tools in the form of exercises and stretches to improve and maintain my own structural balance and strength. Keeping me pain free. Accidents aside, It is only when I neglect the self care skills that he has provided me that I have to return to see him. I highly recommend this knowledgeable, caring practitioner.

Dr. Brennan's office was able to fit me in on the same day that I called as I was struggling with constant migraines due to my neck being out of alignment. Dr. Brennan assessed & treated my neck and provided home strengthening exercises. My neck has never felt better. Now I only need to go in for occasional maintenance or when I have injured myself.

I have experienced short-term relief before, but never any lasting improvement...so I'll readily admit that I was skeptical when I first stepped into Dr. Brennan's office. Dr. Brennan's immediately put me at ease. He listened to my concerns with careful attention and able to figure out what was going on with pinpoint accuracy. I knew right away that he was going to be the one to help me move along the path towards healing. To my amazement, my back pain decreased by 50% within the first week after our initial appointment. After continuing to do the exercises that he recommended, my back feels better now than it has in over a decade. I'm not joking. Dr. Brennan's is truly gifted. He is not only a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and thorough clinician, but also kind, gentle, and compassionate human being. I'm picky. Very picky and he passes every test I have. Dr. Mike Brennon at Active Balance in Nelson stands a cut above the rest. I always walk out the door feeling great. His approach all around is quite effective. As a bonus he's a good listener, patient with my questions, and it's obvious he really enjoys the work.

I was able to get an appointment the day of my injuries and left the office feeling relieved and almost pain free, with the pain being completely gone the next day! During my visits, Sara was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Her assessment didn't seem to leave anything out and she explained everything as she went. After treatment, she provided me with stretches and strength exercises to ensure that the injury didn't happen again. On top of all this, she was super friendly! I would definitely see her again and recommend her to anyone looking for a chiropractor!
