We had a difficult set of criteria, crazy market conditions, and a limited budget. We had about every curveball possible thrown at us and she still did everything in her power to make it happen, even if that meant knocking on doors to get clarification from strata. We are so appreciative of her hard work and guidance and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

She was very patient, and very organized in putting together maps, resources, and tours to get to know the areas better. She was proactive in calling out things that we may not have noticed being first time detached home buyers. Her knowledge and experience in doing her own renovations and upgrades were very valuable in us understanding what the opportunities and potential were in various listings we saw. At closing time, she was effective in getting information that saved us thousands in our offer while still being able to secure the home we wanted. Would highly recommend!
