Once they have your money, they don't care about you or customer service.

I’m an interior designer; I discovered this store on Bridgeport with large selections, excellent customer services and great values. It was busy when I was there yet the employee was very helpful, he helped me pick out the tiles I was looking for. The manager gave me a really good discount compared to where I used to shop which made me question a little about the quality of the tiles however, the quality was top of the line and my client was really satisfied the way they turned out. Most of the tiles I needed were in stock and couple of them I was told that I had to wait but surprisingly they arrived faster than what I was told. Everything ran smoothly and I would continue my business with this company.

We had a very positive experience with the Ace Tile and Stone. First, we were delighted to find such a wide-ranging selection, and the team there was great to work with. They were knowledgeable with excellent customer service. Our order arrived timely as planned. We will always go Ace Tile and Stone for our future tile projects. Thank you Kam for the decoring tips, designing ideas and outstanding customer service you provided and for being so patient with us.

This is a business with a very deceitful, dishonest, phony owner, who has anything but a customer service mindset. In fact, the [fake] cordiality and professionalism he displayed when we purchased flooring from his store literally died the moment he took our payment. When a customer spends $5000+ at a private store, the least that owner can do is honour his word, but this is exactly what Kam did NOT do on more than one occasion. Although Ace has some nice looking products, I would never ever recommend anyone to make any purchases there. Save your time, money and sanity, and shop anywhere but here. At the time of purchase, we accepted Kam's offer for delivery as he said he can give it to us for $100. We confirmed that we live on the second floor of an apartment building (with an elevator, of course). He also specifically told us that after we finish our renos, we can return any unopened boxes of leftover product without a problem. The day the floor was delivered, we literally waited around all day, missing important work and appointments. I had to call the store several times that afternoon to inquire about our goods. Instead of "before noon", the driver finally arrived at 6. Imagine our surprise when he refused to bring the product to our door. Last time I checked, this is what "delivery" meant - your goods are delivered to at least your doorstep, as was the case with all of our other numerous contractors. When we called Kam to tell him this, all he did was explain that the driver is not his employee. Really?!? When someone arranges and purchases delivery through a business, the business *is* responsible for insuring the product gets to the customer as initially agreed. At the end of this very stressful day, my husband was stuck with a load of heavy boxes that he spent almost an hour carrying to our unit. We were furious, especially at Kam's response. He did not bother to offer giving us back $100, simply stating that he had paid the driver a lot more than $100 we paid him! If this statement weren't so sad and pathetic, it would truly be hilarious! The last straw was Kam refusing to take the leftover, unopened boxes of laminate floor that we attempted to return to the store with the original receipt. Apparently, it had been more than 30 days, as per the receipt, and the product is no longer in his store; therefore, he has no use of it. Wow! Even though it has been over 2 months since the original purchase, after the stress he had already caused us, the least he could've done is accept the return. He didn't. He practically stole $100 from us for delivery, left us stranded on the sidewalk in front of our apartment building with a truckload of heavy boxes at the end of the day and he hadn't even made an attempt to make up for it. This speaks volumes about his integrity as a person and a businessman. Luckily we can live without $100, while this owner obviously can't. He is not the first nor the last person who developed a business by deceiving individuals.

Very unprofessional owners! Stay away from this store... They buy all the factory seconds and sell them! I selected floor & wall (shower) tiles at the store/wharehouse and Kam the store owner said that he would come deliver it in the evening.. Then he shows up with complete different design/ pattern of tiles and claims that it is better that the ones i selected at the store! Complete waste of time! On top of that he brought factory seconds = had a red circle on every tile. I called back and told him about this and reply was that this is a quality check mark.. I called two other tile store and got informed that they are factory seconds! Not taking my businesses here again and highly recommend everyone to be aware of these things.

So so. The owner of the store will communicate with you in a timely fashion. Very impressive! Because the amount of the time saving. Of course, left the store quickly without checking out anything. However, there are some good looking wood flooring.

Stay away from this store ... We order 3000 sq ft tile for our store on February and ask for May Delivery. They keep told us the tile is ready for delivery , but never show up on the Scheduled delivery day three times . We need to pay our contractor to Reschedule the job. Later They shows up with complete different design / pattern tiles and claim it is better one . This store owner is very kind and knowledgeable about types of tiles and stones. Furthermore, this store does have lots of collections of tiles and the products are from Italian and some countries from Europe. I absolutely recommend this store to those who want to do renovations on bathrooms, fireplace and living rooms.
