Where's my hundred bucks?? Waited two months for this appointment and as im getting into the car to drive there i get a phone call saying they have to cancel. An hour and 20 minutes before you want me to show up is not the 48 hours notice that you expect from your clients. Not a good first impression at all as im seriously thinking of going elsewhere.

I would avoid if at all possible After much research on the web, I chose a dental appliance over CPAP machine since my rating was low 15 and I do not like the idea of sleeping hooked up to a machine. I was asked by the technician on my second visit why. When I gave her my personal reasons she started to debate me and even shared some false information regarding the effectiveness of dental appliances ( I know this because I checked the web prior to making my choice ) While, I was being wired up she asked me directly if I would be interested in a CPAP machine if these results were not positive ? Really ????? Makes one wonder 2 things; - How objective was my study when the person running it has a clear preference for the outcome ? - Just how close is their relationship with the CPAP machine supplier just one floor below Now it's been over a month and no results to date even tho I have left messages asking for some feedback Looks like we dental people (ie no commission for a CPAP sale) go to the end of the line These sleep labs should be investigated by the medical profession to ensure the care of the patient is their only primary concern This is NOT the place to go if you are looking for anything other than a CPAP machine IMHO Update: Finally went with an over the counter oral device and both my wife and I are now sleeping just fine. Both snoring and dry mouth are gone. No machine required LOL

The night staff were very nice and very professional and the docs as well, however the desk staff not so much. You are charged a $175 fee if you make changes to your appointment less than 48 hours before. This would be fine except that they DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES! Apparently "much too busy a clinic to be rushing to the phones every time they ring", okay,but then maybe they might like to check the phone messages before they assume you are a no show and send the doctor home! When in reality you were running late due to your newborn grandchild being in the NCIU at the LONDON hospital. We actually left there to go to the appointment because it was less than 48hrs notice. I called and left them a message on their machine telling them that we are on the way but are going to be a bit late AND WHY. We arrive 20-25min late,we had the last two appointments for the day, my 3 year old grandson draped over my shoulder sleeping only to be told that they had sent the doc home because we hadn't shown up to the appointment. No messages on my machine at home or on either one of our cell phones for which they took the numbers at the time of booking and said they COULDN'T FIND on file. There was rolling of eyes at my upset (yes i cried) with the situation. Anger and arguing that they had not received any calls and I had even told them the night before exactly what was going on with the pregnancy and that I was unsure about going to the appointment because I didn't know what was going to be happening and we had had our 2.5 yr old gandson all week. I was not offered a new appointment date! Apparently MY FAULT! I was just a little distracted and stressed and didn't ask. So be forewarned, don't have life emergencies if u intend to use their services or you MAY be belittled and could be charged a fee for it!

Overnight staff was very kind and helpful, however office staff were rude and not very accommodating. I was told that you must give two business days notice of a cancellation. They run their business 7 days a week. I informed them on a Friday that I would not be able to come to my Sunday night appointment (2 Days notice) and the very rude receptionist informed me I'd be receiving an invoice for $100. I'm sure if they had wanted to they could have filled my Sunday night appointment, they're just trying to take advantage and make a quick buck. Don't deal with this clinic if you can avoid it. Like I said the overnight staff are great and so is the doctor, but the reception staff are terrible at their job. I would have given them zero stars but that was not an option.

I had a good experience at the sleep lab. I confirmed my appointment on Friday July 15 with the woman that called to remind me. All was set. I got a call 5 hours before my appointment on my cell saying that a tech was ill and they wanted to cancel my appt. I had already had my husband drop me at my sons in Paris and he went to his night shift duty. I was able to keep my appt which was great. However, when I arrived home the next day, I received a message from them on my home phone about having to cancel and since they did not have confirmation that I would be attending, that if they didn't hear back from me before 6pm they would assume that I would not be coming. Thank goodness they had my cell number otherwise, I would have been cancelled. The message said I had not confirmed, but I had received a call the Friday night and I confirmed then. Must be wires getting crossed (pardon the pun) at that lab.

Sleep study done back in December for a family member - many many many phone calls about results and NOTHING until APRIL, after that family member called for another follow up with the clinic as their doctor told them too - they aren't booking until August. This is absolutely ridiculous. You need to hire more staff who are competent if you are overbooked and understaffed. People are suffering because this company isn't able to do it's job properly.

Avoid at all costs. Six month wait to get a Doctor to tell you your results over the phone, only to find out that it's been cancelled, and there's no word on when a new appointment can be made. Ask your doctor to recommend a different sleep lab.

Had my sleep study almost 8 months ago....still don't have an appointment with the doctor. I've called a few times...nothing. I should have listened to the poor reviews and gone somewhere else. Why do they keep testing people if they are so far behind?
