I used to spend weekends sorting through my expenses and imputing them into Quickbooks; it would literally take me the whole weekend just to barely catch up. I was nervous hiring a booking company at such an early stage in my business and I felt that I was concentrating on the wrong things. While I was a but hesitant to hire Accountor, it was simply a great decision. Getting my books up to date became simpler and within days, I had full statements done up for me. In addition. I was also provided with personal suggestions on how I can improve my operations. It really feels like I have a personal partner in my business as opposed to a simple service provider. Despite having a contract and multiple emails proving I didn't ask for the service I was being charged for, all the owner Eric offered was a discount on my bookkeeping if I stayed LOL PLUS my bookkeeper made such a mess of my account, then the accountant used this information to do my corporate taxes-I am now paying a reputable firm to fix everything!!! Their bookkeeping staff turnover rate is ridiculous Check this out-My contract was for $300 bookkeeping- I don't have employees, I don't need payroll which they all know, as they do my books, right? For over a year I asked for invoices, proof of what I was being charged for, never received one. Now that I have cancelled my services, they cant decide what the extra $100 a month for a year was for??? My bookkeeping is supposed to be $300 a month, I guess with these guys, ya just never know. Great lesson learned here...

I started with one person doing my taxes, then he went MIA and someone else took over, only some of the information had been shared. She however was a pleasure to deal with and I felt taken care of. The communication around my taxes, if/when they were submitted, the increase in prices and who/ when I was supposed to pay for the service wasn't communicated to me. However I do know that if there is a problem or I get audited I will have support and assistance from the company.
