★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I filled tax with them last year and paid full money but there system was not working properly that time but they told me they filled my tax and I paid them. Today I called CRA and they told me that my tax has not been filled for 2019 and I have to pay fine. They took money from me and didn’t even filled my tax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not include all the given details for filling the tax for 2020, I had to re-apply using a free software online and got more refund! I think this guy does not trust you with the info you are providing to him. And also he whines doing complicated tax returns.
