Steven Scott is the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of StorageVault Canada (TSXV: SVI) and an owner and Chief Executive Officer of the Access Group of Companies. Mr. Scott has over 20 years of experience in the ownership, acquisition, development and management of self storage, residential and industrial real estate in Canada.
Mr. Scott is the Chair of Parkit Enterprise Inc. (TSXV: PKT) and serves as Director and Audit Committee Chair on the Board of Park Lawn Corporation (TSX: PLC). Mr. Scott also serves as a Director and Treasurer of the Canadian Self Storage Association.
Mr. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and the CPA and CA designations.

James assisted me on quite literally one of the top 5 WORST days of my life... and at the end of his EXTREMELY professional and courteous compassionate help towards us (even easing my nerves while trying to get my terrifyingly frantic EX GF's belongings into storage)... I ACTUALLY even felt BETTER about my life and no longer felt like dying as I did when I initially walked though his office door... ACCESS STORAGE-WINNIPEG CHEVRIER went FAR above and beyond the call of duty providing a clean tidy storage space (that is incredibly SPACIOUS) at an extremely LOW rate... I will go NOWHERE else for my OWN future storage needs and I HIGHLY recommend ACCESS STORAGE Hervo St. Winnipeg, MB to EVERYONE who still values good ol' straight shootin' QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE (or is having a particularly mindblowingly horrific day).

They have made it very easy to conduct our business of supplying equipment to local road race events and have made it financially possible with special pricing regarding our non-profit status. We have been very happy with the service provided and now have two storage units, one inside and one outside, as well as parking for our two trailers.

Bring a tape measure with you to measure the space as their digital records may not match the physical square footage.
The space was easy to access within their posted schedule.
They do a good job with snow clearing for outside storage.
When I called the main office to do the initial needs assessment, there were high pressure sales tactics which I didn't appreciate. I kindly let them know my feelings at the time it happened, but they brushed off my thoughts as inconsequential.
What changed my mind to choose Access Storage - Winnipeg Chevrier was that the office staff were friendly and answered all my questions.
