Steven Scott is the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of StorageVault Canada (TSXV: SVI) and an owner and Chief Executive Officer of the Access Group of Companies. Mr. Scott has over 20 years of experience in the ownership, acquisition, development and management of self storage, residential and industrial real estate in Canada.
Mr. Scott is the Chair of Parkit Enterprise Inc. (TSXV: PKT) and serves as Director and Audit Committee Chair on the Board of Park Lawn Corporation (TSX: PLC). Mr. Scott also serves as a Director and Treasurer of the Canadian Self Storage Association.
Mr. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and the CPA and CA designations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were in the middle of a cross-country move and needed to store our belongings at Access Saskatoon East. Unfortunately our moving company severely complicated our move BUT Access storage was SO accommodating—Access allowed additional storage time, assisted with unlocking our unit in our absence, and finally helping to Purolate our belongings. We dealt with an employee named Melissa and she went over and above to help us. The kindness and understanding of the folks at Access was an answer to our moving woes and prayers. Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry for the late review, this location of access storage has clean and well-kept storage facilities where you can just drive-up and unload, pricing is great for the amount of space you are getting. front desk staff is friendly and helpful, they also have some moving supplies in stock if you need them. Make sure you bring your lock to you when you are going to rent the unit since not all types of padlocks works on the gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything in my unit is extremely dusty because the seals around the door have long since disintegrated, letting dust and even snow in. The plastic part of the handle on my unit is broken and I told them over a year ago about it and they still haven't fixed it. Although they clear snow, they don't do a good job of going right up to each storage unit door, so the snow and ice build up and often make it difficult to close the overhead door to the point where it can latch shut. I'd move to a different storage unit company, but I don't need to access it very often and moving my stuff would be a big job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk/ customer service was helpful. Would be great if a list of storage unit sizes were available/ printed off to take home. Set prices for units versus varying charges is needed. Very limited supplies/ materials were available for purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facility is well secured with cameras and a gate! Affordable prices for the amenities they offer! GREAT and friendly staff with LOTS of merchandise to choose from! Their office is undergoing renovations right now, but if you ask the front desk ladies, they will be more than willing to show you the full display of merchandise available for sale!
Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to store their items.
