When I called to make appointment, they refused to tell me if it was an emergency situation and I needed to see the doctor right away or not. I wasn’t asking for consultation or results over the phone, only the severity of my condition. Judging from the reviews on here, it was probably for the best

I literally tried to call 45 minutes straight but every time it goes to voice mail and I even left a voice mail but no response back. Just terrible customer service and a disappointment.
H	Hailey Kanak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw a sign saying they were accepting new patients so I called and asked if I could become a patient, the reception I spoke to on the phone told me to walk in and ask the doctor if they could become my doctor. So I went the next day walked in, became a patient, saw the doctor for an appointment. The doctor I saw was named Dr. Salah Aboughouche, he was really friendly and was easy to talk to. My appointment was quick but it was a good experience I was in and out within 45 mins as a walk in. Porshia the medical office assistant was kind, worked quickly, did a good job with triage for BP, Height and Weight and made the environment welcoming. I am glad I chose this clinic I will return for my medical needs.

Or perhaps at three in the afternoon . There's a very high chance they will drop the phone on you . Bad . Bad . Bad. ? ? ? Don't even bother just go elsewhere .
S	Stacey James on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see alot of these reviews are really old. Dr. Roberts retired and her patients have been taken over by Dr. Abagoush (sp?). He is fantastic. He was a great listener, didn't rush me out of the office. Took care of my concerns as well as booked me an appointment with the 'in office' nurse for the three year 'female' check up. They made multiple calls to schedule a follow up on my blood work. Excellent service by all the medical staff. Don't hesitate to see Dr. Abagoush. I believe he's accepting new patients at the time of this review.

Most times very little wait period but we need to remember we are in a different time now with covid. Thank you for your excellent services Access Medical Clinic.

Scheduled a pap with the nurse. She was very nice easy to talk to made me feel very comfortable and the most gentle experience to date! I will say during my wait to see a doctor I witnessed Multiple individuals come in for a “walk-in appointment” and spoke down to the front desk staff. Complete disrespectful attitude towards them from the second they were asked if they had an appointment. So maybe previous reviews about the front desk staff are based on “you get what you give.” I watched them ask everyone who entered the same questions in the same tone and in my opinion did their jobs very efficiently. It’s clean & modern facility seems newly renovated very welcoming, waiting chairs are very comfortable & there’s a tv as well Definitely recommend this Doctors office to anyone needing a new Doctor or looking for a walk-in clinic in Fort Mcmurray!
