★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service can be made more efficient. (as of April 2018) I take back 1 star. on April 2, after a long weekend, 1st day of the month, first day of the week, 1 of the ABMs is under maintenance. you get to the 1 working ABM, and you have to wait for the graphic advert to display before you can do any transaction. RBC and CIBC ABMs don't have adverts so processing is faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if covid is the reason for the change in hours but it's rather inconvenient! For a person who works Monday to Friday 9-5 there is not a day or time when they can come into the bank. I understand everything is digital as well but sometimes just coming in is way easier.
