I signed up a year ago because I wanted to gain knowledge and experience without going to school for 4 more years (especially after graduation after college and university). Honestly, it’s the best place to start your digital marketing career. Whether you want a career change into digital marketing, or want to land your first entry level job there are resources and guidance for any level. After completing the apprentices, you’ll feel confident to apply for jobs (either to apply for a full-time position or to become a freelancer). It’s 100% remote and totally free. I recently started my ambassador program and it’s a dream come true. The Ambassador Lead is down to earth, eager to provide help and very responsive.

Things you need to land a real paying job. It's also a great place to network and learn from others with similar goals & mindsets. I love the experience they deliver through their Ambassador Program. I'm doing it and the Ambassador Lead is very kind and always willing to help. Also, they provide tons of valuable advice in their blog, and have mini-courses to make your firsts steps even if you didn't landed an apprenticeship yet.

You don't need to have any prior marketing experience to join. Acadium offers several free courses to give you a basic understanding of what digital marketing entails. By completing these courses, you will realize which aspects of digital marketing you enjoy most and can customize your profile accordingly. You can then search through the extensive list of mentors in your fields of interest. Upon signing up with Acadium, I immediately received several requests for interviews. I ended up doing two apprenticeships at the same time. Since each apprenticeship only requires 10 hours of your time per week, I found this to be very manageable. My mentors provided me with free guidance and training and I received valuable hands on experience in the work place. Upon finishing the three month long apprenticeships, I was awarded a certificate of completion and excellent references to add to my resume. I learned a lot through this program and would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a career in digital marketing.
