The clinic is taking covid protocols with stride and cares about your pets care as well as their owners. I received a direct call from the vet with all recommendations for vaccines and treatment for my cat. She explained all my options and the benefits of all. She added a nice personal touch talking about how sweet our cats temperment was during the exam which was very kind. I always have a wonderful and personal treatment when we come here. Highly recommend.

A short time later we had a call from Dr. Choi, she went over the results of her exam in a very friendly and professional way.

Once complete, Dr Higgins called to discuss the visit. Amazingly, she spent 15 minutes on the phone with me discussing Pippa and told me about her check up. I felt very good at the end of the call, knowing she was very thorough and took good care of Pippa without me being in the building. I really appreciate her taking the time to talk to me and did not feel rushed to end the call. THANK YOU!

They provided excellent service, and Dr. Higgins in particular, went above and beyond when she took the time to answer any questions we had regarding our dog and her new litter of pups. From conception to whelping to pup checkups, the team was always there when we needed them.

She did a great job of explaining the exam results to me in detail. I really appreciated that my hammy was treated with the same care and respect as other types of pets. Shayla was a pleasure to talk to in setting everything up as well. Definitely recommend this clinic.
