Our registered massage therapists are passionate about continuing their education, and are driven to constantly update their techniques and search for tools that alleviate pain and relieve muscle tension in the most effective way. You’ll find we often add new innovative treatments to our list of available services, as our therapists continue to grow and hone their craft.
We are proud to provide exceptional service in many modalities of massage therapy and wellness services. We have over 50 therapists on staff that want to work together to ensure that we provide you with a great treatment and the right therapist to suit your specific needs, giving you a treatment tailored to you. Whether you are coming in for sports injuries, daily stress relief, or just want a relaxing massage, we are able to suit all your massage needs. With one of the largest staff of registered massage therapists in Winnipeg, you are welcome to try any available massage therapist or feel free to request a specific therapist that you have found worked best for you in a previous treatment.
We believe that your treatment will be most effective with your input. You are always encouraged to provide feedback before, during, and after your treatment. If at any point something is uncomfortable during your treatment, such as pressure, let your therapist know. Your therapist can work with you to find a treatment that works for your needs. This may include regularly scheduled visits, and recommended post-massage care — such as specific stretches or exercises.

Parking is limited during the evening sometime so I would leave earlier to find space on a side street, but daytime appointments often allow for many parking options.

I would share the name of the RMT that I usually book, but this person's schedule and availability speaks for itself. Usually you need to book about two weeks in advance for an appointment with this individual because this RMT is very good at their craft.
Academy Massage Therapy offers direct billing which is fantastic and its automatic.

She answers all my questions and pays attention to verbal and non verbal cues. The pain in my neck eased up within minutes after inserting the needles and the cupping helped my shoulder relax. I'll be going back to see her! This experience made me a believer in Acupuncture

He was massaging me then he decided to stretch me out and got to touching parts of my body that honestly he shouldn’t have been touching. After an unsavoury phone call with the receptionist I decided I will never be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CAITLIN: attention pregnant and post pregnant clients: My massage therapist was Caitlin and she was fabulous! She was able to work through pain I had in my back for over a year. She was so kind and loving. Overall, she made my experience great. I would recommend her to anyone but especially pregnancy and post pregnancy. Most of my pain was from my pregnancy and she went straight to the source.
