It is quite convenient for us to send her there everyday, since we live in south Vancouver. Every night when I pick her up, she's not willing to leave, we could tell she feels so enjoyable when staying in the daycare. Cody, the director of the daycare always be so patient to answer all my questions whenever I had. My grandson is around almost getting to 2 years, there's no doubt we should send him to this daycare with his sister together.

I am so happy they opened another location in the lower mainland! My son attended academics prekindergarten when he was between 1-2 years old. If we didn’t find a daycare closer to home, my son would have stayed there until he was 5. I have known the director at the YVR location for many years. Her background is in education and she has both her ECE and infant/toddler/specials needs certificate. She is friendly and very knowledgeable, so your kids are in good hand. I would recommend this location to anyone out there looking for quality childcare.

She really enjoyed all the classes here, they are all well designed and engaging, especially the painting class, which is her favorite now. With teacher's patience, guidance and encouragement, my daughter enhanced her interest and painting skill quickly. Now I believe she has a sense of art, just like me ;) We are setting up a separated room as her art studio and believe she will soon make it "messy".
S	Steve Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, I didn't expect too much from this newly opened daycare, it was only because it's close to my work, until I was impressed again and again by their professionalism. There are multiple handcraft activities arranged every week. Yesterday, my son showed me the handcrafted christmas decoration he made, which was based on his idea and helped with the teacher's guidance. We put it on to our christmas tree as soon as we get home and he was extramely excited to see his first ever meade handcraft hanging on top of our christmas tree and felt a little "sense of achievement" :) Comparing with the previous experience at our last daycare school, YVR Academics PreKindergarten provides a more variety of food with two meals and one snack which changes everyday. Their menu is specially created by experienced nutritionist to provides more balanced nutrition to kids. It was a big surprise to us, believe or not, my son used to be a picky eater but recently I noticed him putting more weight and started taking the veggies he used to dislike. Overall, I highly recommend this facility if it is within your commute range, and really wish they could have opened few years ago so we didn't have to search around and had negative experience from other daycare. My son just had chess class today and he showed me the queen’s gambit opening move back at home, I know that definitely not learnt from Netflix. Really glad the teachers here can introduce chess to the kids at 4 years old age, which really develop sense of concentration, memory and critical thinking. Good job Academics Prekindergarten !
j	ji jas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think they did a pretty good job to maintain a safe and clean facility for our kids during covid, all the people in the buliding are wearing masks and there are hand sanitizers everywhere. Facility tour to new parents are also moved to online sessions. Overall, I really appericate their efforts to take care my kid so I can balance between work and family during this challenging period.

As soon as we step in, the spacious interior and the attention to detail strongly impressed us. Each room has huge windows with the view to the river and greens, all the decors and facilities are well-designed to meet the Academics Prekindergarten’s education concepts. The outdoor patios are securely fenced featuring high quality artificial grass with falling protection as well as various toys for different activities. Together with all the nice staffs and teachers, I believe all the kids will have a wonderful time here.

This definitely opens more options for parents who still need to work or busy. Many thanks to all the hardworking staffs to support us and take care of our little ones during this challenge time.
