She has been incredibly thorough, her analyses have been on point, her ability to listen fully and empathetically is a true gift. Her clinic, naturopaths, other clinicians/modalities offered, and staff are some of the very best in Victoria. Highly recommend!

At 49 I found myself with many unanswered questions regarding Perimenopause and how to navigate my Health both physical and emotional through this time. Dr Payne is someone who truly cares and is always willing to research to find the best course of treatment. By focusing on my health I look back and feel like I sailed through Menopause. Today we focus on staying ahead of the Post Menopause challenges and changes. Dr Payne also manages the health of my 21 and 19 year old daughters. As young women they have a Dr that can help them create a healthy path best for them.

She took the time to get to know me and my health history, answer questions I had and even sent me home with some vitamins and a custom herbal tincture. Huge bonus that they do that at the clinic right away vs having to go and then come back! I can't wait to see the benefits and to make my next visit :)

The attention to detail was outstanding and something we no longer have the luxury of experiencing in our conventional family doctor’s office. Today I came in with a more complicated case and I felt comfortable with Dr Amy’s diagnosis and treatment. There is no way all my concerns today would have been addressed going to the hospital or the family physicians’s office. Forever grateful.
