Everything was set up and measured up to fit and was given a date of last week of July or early Aug but didnβt need to wait that long it was actually a week later and itβs in and running the crew that came was very professional and courteous (Sam and Yadgar)

β β β β β My parent's heating system broke down, Called Absolute Home. They send a inspector early next day. Explained everything and told me what is the best way for me to maintain my furnace. Also told me will give me a call next year to remind me the service needed. Now I have a peace of mind enjoy my summer and looking forward to the colder weather to hit.

β β β β β I've used this company for years and had our latest furnace service today. As usual, they were prompt and professional and their Covid protocols were also excellent. The service personnel wore a mask and maintained a respectful distance. Highly recommend Absolute Home Services.

β β β β β My parents' furnace stopped working and they called Absolute Home Services to come and have a look (their number was on a sticker on the furnace from a previous service or installation). They were advised that several parts were broken outside of warranty and the quote to fix was 2400 parts, 300 labour + tax. The technician advised that we would be better off buying a new one and recommended a mid-range Carrier furnace for 5400 + tax installed.
I called another company for a quote to help my parents shop around a bit and explained the situation. That company indicated that based on the assessment this technician gave (inducer fan and pressure switches), there is no way it should cost upwards of $3000 to repair. He suggested we have a second opinion, either with them or someone else. We booked for the following morning.
The technician troubleshooted the problem and fixed it within an hour (drain valve needed to be cleared). I do not know why this technician from Absolute Home Services recommended replacing the entire furnace. It's either incompetence or knowingly trying to take advantage of unwitting customers. Either way, I'd avoid this company going forward.

β β β β β I just would like to say that for many years we have had Absolute doing maintenance services. Personally speaking, they have always been prompt, courteous, reliable, and so helpful, but not pushy or forceful in advice if there are services required for safety etc. [which can go south if not handled correctly, yes?] I would certainly give them top marks for their services and personnel and service staff that over many years of dealing with them, have never faltered ..and may I also add, fast clean and professional. Thank you so much Absolute.. keep up the good work! I would recommend you in a heartbeat!

β β β β β Mr. Wahab did a furnace tune-up in March and yesterday replaced my 9 - year hot water tank with a new one. He is professional and polite. I am happy with the work well done so far. The sale person Victor is nice and professional too and offered a reasonable service price. I gave them 4 stars, leaving one star over the time on service quality. Thanks

β β β β β We have our heating furnace and hot water tank replacement done by Absolute Home Services. They gave me a very thorough analysis and explanation of the different kinds of equipments and their pricing and helped me picked the right ones for us.
The two technicians that did the installation were courteous, patient, and professional. I will recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.
