★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand you’re not updated with the Amazon’s new drop off recommendations but there was absolutely zero reasons to be hostile to a customer who didn’t do anything but have a casual conversation about it, was only trying to explain that although they weren’t aware of it, it was recently introduced and I will happily take my QR code and product with me she shouldn’t have come up to me with an attitude and ask if “ I was the representative of Amazon and purolator” on a beautiful day. There was no attitude or any hostility my part that is why it’s so frustrating to see. Do better.
