Here were my interactions in sequence: 1. First interaction he provided an incredibly detailed email of every step in the apartment sale process. I loved how everything was just listed out up front. 2. He responded FAST and managed multiple viewings and interactions with current tenant, management, bank lawyers etc. 3. We did multiple viewings on different days, and he was always patient. 4. He helped me with my negotiation. all the paperwork was done digitally, and worked with me till I got a deal I was satisfied with. 5. He was very energetic and responsive throughout the process from setting up viewings to explaining pros and cons of each and every place.
