In Jan, my weight was almost 63 kgs and i told you my target is 56 kg.. coz i thought losing 7 kgs is really hard for me.. But I can't believe I achieved this in just 9 weeks. I really wana lose more now ? as i know i can do this... All because of your healthy and doable diet plan.. ??
