★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was so nice to walk to when I lived downtown. Great quiet location and interesting area. The store has good sales prices, but high-average regular prices. Their selection is surprisingly vast considering the limited available space. It is a great place to go to try out new or different drinks. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating, even if I arrive during their smoke break and interrupt it (I promise I didn’t try to schedule that, it just kept happening! Thanks for always having a smile anyhow.) Staff recommendations have also been a lot of fun to experiment with. They don’t necessarily go “above and beyond” in their service, but instead have provided consistently good and respectful service every time I have visited. Better pricing is the only thing missing, but their pricing is generally competitive for Medicine Hat.
Now that it’s a drive, I don’t get to go as often, but that makes it more of a treat.
