On one occasion, during my last visit there, an employee was extremely rude to me, even going as far as insulting family members of mine. When I called later to complain about the experience to a manager, I found his response and apology to be half-hearted and extremely unprofessional. While I do live in the area, I find it a much better experience to drive the extra 15 minutes to bring my business to an establishment that treats me with respect and dignity rather than deal with the insolent and unprofessional employees of the Aberdeen liquor store.
