R	Richard “Calm fish Tank” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited emergency due to a severe headache. I had waited 5 hours to get in and another 4 hours to get treatment for a total of 9 hours. I was fine with waiting, however it was how unprofessional the doctor was whom had treated me that I am writing this review. The first thing that happened was when telling him my issues, he was interrupted by another staff member where they had a conversation and where laughing and looked like they where telling jokes. He had then continued to listen to my concerns but was in a rush to be done with me. He passed off my concerns as nothing, and went off to order my exams. The last thing he did that was so upsetting is when all my tests where done and he was coming to tell me the results and discharge me. He had done this by talking loudly from the nurses station, shouting my CT scan results for all in the room to hear. I am in shock of how this was handled. I can't believe someone who has been well educated could be so unprofessional to the point I am sure he broke rules for patient confidentiality. I don't know how to handle this. I just never want to return as that whole experience was so bad. The nurses were wonderful and had made this situation less depressing. If it were not for the doctor this would be a positive review, but unfortunately that is not the case. I feel so upset with what had happened.
J	Jade Terry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly if it weren’t for my doctor I would be putting no stars. I’ve never wanted to leave a review for a hospital…. I actually didn’t even think that was a thing. Nurses were rude and made me feel even more uncomfortable than I already was. Procedure went fantastic and my doctor was great, but the nurses seemed very disconnected, and almost like I was a burden to their day. Not to mention making me feel uncomfortable about the fact that I was quite nervous, almost making me feel as if it were silly to be as worked as I was because it was a minor procedure.
K	K P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a biopsy and I was in imaging. Despite being short staff they were amazing. The one nurse (Rachel), was every where as she ensured every patient was cared for. She was amazing. The biopsy staff were also great. I would love to crochet blankets for all of them.

My brother had untreatable cancer and even during COVID last year they allowed me to stay overnight in the cancer ward until he passed away. Best hospital in BC. Awesome Doctors and nurses and reception staff.

A total shortage of family practice doctors in Abbotsford causes a lot of people to end up here when they don't need to be.
R	Royal Canada Records on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still here at 11:40 since 6 pm with back pain issue. They just call me on the bed told me wait for doctor. Then doctor is coming, doctor will be here shortly & at the end i came to know they don’t have a doctor. Worst medical system. Wasting people time. Struggling with pain, no medication or any kind of help. Just saying relax, relax, relax. I don’t know they don’t care or they are helpless.
C	Chana correia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hospital for testing and surgeries and such, but my ER experience was not one I'd like to go through again. I came via ambulance (ambulance workers were great and made me feel comfortable, safe, and helped me feel less anxious), once inside the hospital though I was left waiting in the lobby for a long time. Finally a doctor came by and said he was going to look at the results of a previous test and come back to exam me further. After 4 hours of waiting for him, we finally asked a nurse how much longer it might be and we learned he had gone home and forgot about me.
