That being said, it is equally important to feel comfortable in sharing personal business with someone in order to ensure the most successful outcome. Matt allows for this personal connection by listening to the needs of the client first and then he carefully coordinates them into a “best fit” scenario. Feel free to ask questions, no matter how small. Matt knows clients do not have his expertise of the market and he will not make you feel small. Just ask. If you don’t understand or mix something up, just ask again. In doing this, Matt too will receive feedback that will help him comprehend what clients may need a deeper explanation of. “There is no place like home” (Wizard of Oz).
