★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love ACS! It has an amazing athletics program and an awesome arts and music program. I truly enjoyed my 14 years at ACS (preschool through Gr.12) and I hope you love it here as much as I did!
I love this place, but I didn't have the best experience in middle school here. I didn't have very good teachers and I was struggling because of one of the girls in my class, the teachers turned a blind eye toward her physically hurting people because she was the daughter of one of the staff. Then she would make it look like I was hurting her or ignoring her, and I would get in trouble instead. PLEASE SPEAK TO A TEACHER IF YOU ARE BEING HURT IN ANY WAY!! I suffered through 2 years of this when a teacher asked me about it and I broke down. She used to be my best friend and I learned that some other girls had gone through this before me. I really hope this never happens to anyone else as this destroyed our relationship forever. I hope the teachers are more aware now but I wish that I would've done something sooner. This almost never happens, but I just hope that the teachers now know how to stop this from happening to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They always take the time to speak with the parents and will notify parents if there are any concerns regarding the kids. They did everything possible to ensure my child felt welcome and that my child was healthy physically, mentally and emotionally. They care about the whole child and see the child as an individual instead of trying to force them into a cookie cutter type mold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an incredible school where the teachers and administration really care about their students! My daughter transferred here in grade 12 & we are so thankful to ACS for the way they sought to help her feel at home from day one.
