No1 in canada had a rebuilt one ready and to source it from america would almost cost the same as a new one. Thakfully I found a Abaccus auto! They were able to rebuild my rack and pinion at a great price! Not only was the price good but Adeel kept me up to date on the status of my parts and car. Very professional!

The very first time I ever went in he even called me later in the day to check how my DIY install went and to make sure I was happy with the parts. Since then, I have bought parts for the kids' Acura, Wave, Escape, Explorer. Parts always fit properly and have never had to return or exchange any. Will definitely continue to shop here.

Went in yesterday showing him photos of what I required and all he could do was moan and groan that it’s not his job to essentially help out someone with questions. Gross amount of attitude. I used to love this place but he’s left a bad taste in my mouth. DO NOT COME HERE if you actually want someone with any kind of knowledge or helpfulness to assist you in buying with confidence.

I’ve been using this location for years and it’s not been until recently that I’ve had the displeasure of having to deal with his arrogant & rude behaviour. I’ve spent thousands here and will not be coming back. He’d rather lose a customer before assisting and working to provide quality service. If you need a part and have any questions prior to purchase be prepared to get attitude.

Asked for payment in cash and no receipt was given. The big thing is that the caliper started leaking in less than a year. I had to change the caliper again.
